Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our customers. However, in order to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality service and fresh food, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: If you need to cancel your order more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled service time, we will provide a full refund.

  2. Cancellations made between 48-72 hours in advance: If you need to cancel your order between 48-72 hours in advance of the scheduled service time, we will provide a 75% refund.

  3. Cancellations made between 48 hours in advance: If you need to cancel your order between 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service time, we will provide a 50% refund.

  4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: If you (client) or Food Truck service need to cancel your order less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time, we will not be able to provide a refund. We can reschedule your event for the future.
